- National Customer Service Provider Survey:
A survey designed to find out just how effective a person is at consistently
handling certain customer service tasks. This confidential survey is

A survey designed to find out just how effective a foreman, supervisor,

- ISO Gap Analysis/Benchmark Audit:
This assessment is designed to provide an indication of the "state of
compliance" for your existing system. A comparison is made between your
system and the expectations of the ISO industry specific standards.

ISO Small Business Training
ISO Small Business Training: Small businesses
face increasing pressure from customers to demonstrate they have a formal
quality systems. The traditional cost of ISO registration has been prohibitive
for small business firms. The cost could range from $12,000 to $50,000.
Gilbreath's L.L.C. has developed a reasonable solution to this registration
cost concern. Small Business Training Consortium reduces the cost through
the use of a "round table" format. Enrolled businesses do much
of the work together, thereby taking advantage of group support and networking

ISO Quality, Environment & Safety Training
- Management Overview of ISO Standard: A two - three hour overview
of the ISO Standard provides a clear understanding of just what is involved
in developing and implementing an ISO process for the organization.
Special emphasis is placed on the role of top management and their responsibility
in the process.
- Understanding An ISO Management System: A comprehensive course
in understand, application, and implementing the ISO standards in your
particular industry. This two-day course will show participants how
to use the ISO management system to achieve excellence in all facets
of your business. Participants will explore a practical, effective and
efficient approach to developing, maintaining, and controlling an ISO
industry specific quality management system.
- ISO Transition Training: A one-day session focusing on the
principles, concepts, structure and reasons the standard was revised.
Participants will learn the applicability of the requirements, discuss
the key changes and review their current documentation to what is now
expected for compliance. (Available when new standard is revised)
- Auditing an ISO management system: An intensive two-day course
to help associates responsible for internal auditing to fully understand
the ISO 9001 element. Participants learn what the standard requires,
and why audits are important to your organization. This course teaches
principles, auditing skills and proven techniques. This course includes
how to write and communicate audit findings that lead to effective audit
results. Participants will conduct an actual audit at an ISO registered
organization.
- ISO Employee Awareness: A one to two-hour overview of the
selected ISO standard. This presentation is designed to provide an organization
a broad understanding of what the ISO standard covers, how it affects
their organization, what's expected from its associates and why these
requirements, once implemented, are important to the success of the
organization.
- Root Cause & Corrective Action: Root cause and corrective
action is a process for finding causes and effective solutions to our
problems or events. This one or two day session is designed to provide
common language and a methodology to understand the RC/CA process and
to participate in a 'hands-on' situation.
- Lean Manufacturing - Plus: This training
program is designed to provide small to medium sized organizations a
more simple pattern to obtain additional benefits from lean concepts.
Our How-Why profit ability process has a unique feature which financially
evaluates and ranks improvement projects based on Return on Assets (ROA).
This process will increase Return on Inventory and Capitol assets by
invreasing sales and market share, reduce set-up cost, reduce lead time
and increase wage and non-wage cost at a slower rate than sales increase.
