- ISO Gap Analysis/Benchmark Audit:
This assessment is designed to provide an indication of the "state of compliance" for your existing system. - ISO Small Business Training: Small businesses face increasing pressure from customers to demonstrate they have a formal quality systems. - ISO Transition Training: A 1/2-day session focusing on the principles, concepts, structure and reasons the standard was revised. Participants will learn the applicability of the requirements, discuss the key changes and review their current documentation to what is now expected for compliance. (Available when new standard is revised)
- Internal Process Auditing: An intensive two-day course to help associates responsible for internal auditing to fully understand the ISO 9001 element. Participants learn what the standard requires, and why audits are important to your organization. This course teaches principles, auditing skills and proven techniques. This course includes how to write and communicate audit findings that lead to effective audit results. Participants will conduct an actual audit at an ISO registered organization.
- ISO Employee Awareness: A 1/2 to one-hour overview of the selected ISO standard. This presentation is designed to provide an organization a broad understanding of what the ISO standard covers, how it affects their organization, what's expected from its associates and why these requirements, once implemented, are important to the success of the organization.
- Root Cause Analysis/How to Investigate Corrective Action: Root cause and corrective action is a process for finding causes and effective solutions to our problems or events. This one or two day session is designed to provide common language and a methodology to understand the RC/CA process and to participate in a 'hands-on' situation.
- Proving Continuous Improvement with Profit Ability: This training program is designed to provide small to medium sized organizations a more simple pattern to obtain additional benefits from Six-Sigma, Lean & ISO. Our How-Why profit ability process has a unique feature which financially evaluates and ranks improvement projects based on Return on Assets (ROA). This process will increase Return on Inventory and Capital Assets by invreasing sales and market share, reduce set-up cost, reduce lead time and increase wage and non-wage cost at a slower rate than sales increase.
